Privacy Policy
Version of 18 August 2026
This Policy explains what data ALPHAGROUP LLC (“TIRGO”, “we”) receives when you use the TIRGO platform — the tirgo.io website, the TIRGO mobile apps for drivers and transport companies and the admin.tirgo.io workspace — why we process it, whom we share it with and how we protect it.
Processing is carried out under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (ZRU-547) as amended by Law ZRU-1125 of 26 March 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data operator is ALPHAGROUP LLC, 98-11 Sh. Rustaveli St., Yakkasaray district, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
For questions about processing, withdrawal of consent and deletion requests write to info@tirgo.io marking the message “personal data”.
2. What data we process
- Account data: name, phone number, email address, company name and role, user position.
- Service data: driver and vehicle details, numbers and contents of the documents required to arrange a shipment — passport, driving licence, vehicle registration, transport and customs documents.
- Order and settlement data: the services ordered and their cost, balance top-ups, charges and operation history.
- Correspondence: messages in platform chats and support requests.
- Technical data: network address, device and application type, service access logs — for security, diagnostics and fraud prevention.
3. We never receive card details
When you top up your internal balance, card details are entered on the payment provider’s side. The card number, expiry date and security code are not passed to the TIRGO platform, are not stored by us and are not available to us. We receive only the payment outcome: amount, time, operation identifier and success flag.
4. Why we process data
- to deliver the ordered service and prepare the documents it requires;
- to maintain the internal balance, accept top-ups and charge the cost of services;
- to contact you about your order — notifications, chat, support;
- to comply with statutory requirements, including tax and accounting records;
- to keep the platform secure and detect suspicious operations.
5. Legal grounds
We process data on the basis of the user’s consent given at registration, performance of the contract with the user (the platform terms of use), and compliance with our statutory obligations.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by email. Withdrawal does not affect data we are required by law to retain and makes further provision of services impossible.
6. Automated document processing
To speed up paperwork the platform recognises uploaded documents and pre-fills order fields. Recognition is auxiliary: data material to the shipment is checked and confirmed by a person — the user or our operator. No decision producing legal effects for you is taken by automation alone.
7. Whom we share data with
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Data is shared only to the extent needed to deliver the service:
- state authorities and information systems of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan — where the requested service requires it (customs declarations, electronic queue, permits);
- insurance companies — when issuing a policy at your request;
- payment providers and acquiring banks — to process payments and investigate disputes;
- contractors that keep the platform running (hosting, notification delivery) — under confidentiality terms and only to the extent needed for their work;
- authorised bodies — in the cases and manner provided by law.
8. Cross-border processing
Certain technical processing operations are performed on computing facilities outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. Such processing relies on the grounds set out in Article 27-1 of the Law “On Personal Data”: a level of protection no lower than required by Uzbek law and binding contractual data-protection terms agreed with service providers.
Categories of data that the law requires to be stored within Uzbekistan are handled in compliance with that requirement. The platform does not collect biometric or genetic data.
9. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Records of services delivered and settlements are kept for the periods set by law for accounting and tax records. Once those periods expire and the purposes are met, data is deleted or anonymised.
10. How we protect data
Access is role-based and granted only to employees who need it. Connections to the platform are encrypted. Actions on orders are logged and database backups are taken regularly. Legal, organisational and technical measures are in place against unauthorised access, alteration and loss.
11. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data of yours we process and obtain a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- withdraw consent and request deletion — except for data we must retain by law;
- lodge a complaint with the authorised state data-protection body.
Requests are handled within statutory deadlines. Write to info@tirgo.io.
12. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies needed for it to work and to remember your language. You can disable them in your browser; some features may then not work correctly.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at this address; the version date is shown at the top of the page.
