Terms of Use of the TIRGO platform
Version of 18 August 2026 · public offer
This document is a public offer by ALPHAGROUP LLC (“TIRGO”, “we”) setting out the terms of use of the TIRGO platform. By using the platform you accept these terms in full.
1. What the TIRGO platform is
TIRGO is a digital platform for participants in freight transport and logistics: transport companies, carriers, freight forwarders and drivers. Through the platform a user orders and pays for shipment-related services: transit and preliminary customs declarations, border electronic queue booking, insurance, permits and related services.
The platform is available as the tirgo.io website, mobile apps and the admin.tirgo.io workspace.
2. Who may use the platform
The platform is intended for legal entities, sole traders and drivers engaged in transport. To gain access a user registers and receives a personal account.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the details given at registration and must not share login credentials with third parties. Actions performed under a user’s account are deemed performed by that user.
3. The internal balance
Every user is given an internal account — a balance — inside their personal account. The balance is intended solely for settlements for services available on the TIRGO platform.
The user decides whether to top up the balance and by how much. Once a payment is confirmed the amount appears on the balance and can be used to pay for platform services.
4. What the internal balance is not
The internal balance is not a bank account, an e-wallet or a means of transferring money. The TIRGO platform is not a payment system and does not provide money transfer services.
A user may not:
- transfer funds from the balance to another platform user;
- use the balance to transfer money to anyone;
- exchange balance funds for cash or other valuables;
- use the balance for operations unrelated to platform services;
- use the platform as a money transfer or exchange service.
Attempts of this kind are grounds for restricting operations and running a check as described in “Operation security”.
5. How the platform works
The sequence is the same for every service:
- the user registers and receives a personal account;
- tops up the internal balance using an available payment method;
- selects the service — its cost is shown before ordering;
- confirms the order;
- the cost is charged to the internal balance;
- the user receives the service result and the operation record in the account history.
6. Service prices
Current prices are published on the “Service pricing” page and in the personal account. The cost of a specific service is shown to the user before the order is confirmed: no service is arranged without the price being shown first.
Some services are priced individually: reimbursement of actual costs plus the TIRGO fee. For these the amount is determined on the facts and presented to the user before it is charged.
Prices of some services are set in tenge; the amount in Uzbek som is determined at the conversion rate in force on the date of the operation. The conversion rate is published on the pricing page.
We may change prices. A change takes effect when published and does not affect services already ordered and paid for.
7. User obligations
- provide accurate details and the documents required for the service;
- use the platform only for transport and logistics purposes;
- not act in breach of the law and not use the platform for unlawful operations;
- keep account credentials secure;
- promptly report any suspected unauthorised access to the account.
8. Liability and limitations
We deliver services to the extent declared on the platform and are liable for their proper delivery up to their cost.
We are not liable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information and documents provided by the user, for decisions of state authorities and information systems taken on the documents submitted, or for failures of third-party systems — state services, payment systems and communication networks.
We may restrict a particular operation or access to particular platform features where there are grounds to believe the user’s actions involve a breach of these terms, fraud or other suspicious circumstances. The procedure is described in “Operation security”.
9. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payment methods, top-up procedure, cancellation and refunds are set out in a separate document — “Payments, cancellation and refunds”. It forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the “Privacy Policy”, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using the platform the user confirms agreement with it.
11. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page unless another date is stated. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the new version.
12. Contacts and disputes
For any questions, including pre-court settlement, write to info@tirgo.io or call +998 90 996 0880 · +998 55 501 33 33. Requests are handled within statutory deadlines.
The parties seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation; failing that, the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies.
